Cyclo Oil LLC will implement and operate the proposed Used Oil Rerefining Plant (UORP) in accordance to the prevailing environmental health and safety regulation. The company is committed to managing health, safety and environmental matters as an integral part of its business. In particular, it is the policy of Cyclo Oil LLC to assure the Health Safety and Environmental (HS&E) integrity of its processes and facilities at all times and at all places. In that direction, Cyclo Oil LLC has defined this HS&E policy to provide a broad framework for the setting and, regular reviewing of HS&E objectives and targets.

Trough a programme of continuous improvement, Cyclo Oil LLC will seek to adhere to the following principles that will guide its effort to achieve excellence in HS&E protection:

1. Full compliance with all HS&E legislation, regulation and, other HS&E related requirements, to which the organization abides, by implementing correct programs and procedures;
2. Communication and Training:

• Implementing this HS&E policy, making it readily available and communicating it to all employees and to other interested parties including the public;
  
• Educating, Training and Motivating UORP employees & on-site contractors to conduct their activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner, requesting their input in meeting HS&E goals;
  
• Undertake to help every person who works for and on behalf of Cyclo Oil LLC understand and implement the relevant aspects of this HS&E policy in their day-to-day work through the regular communication of objectives, action plans and achievements;

3. Conservation of Natural Resources, Sustainable Operations and, pollution prevention:

• Actively pursue opportunities to optimize energy and natural resources at the UORP in an environmentally sensitive manner by promoting recycling & reuse, and waste minimization;
• Seek ways to reduce HS&E risk and, enhance the health and safety of UORP employees as well as the communities in which the UORP will operate, by operating procedures and by preparing maintaining emergency preparedness and response plans;
• Employing management systems and procedures specifically designed to prevent activities or conditions that pose a threat to the environment, human health and safety;
• Integrate the Implementation and operation of UORP with the natural environment in ways that promote public health, employee wellness, and quality of work-life.

Cyclo Oil LLC will established and maintain a written construction safety Management plan including appropriate compliance programs (audits), to ensure that project implementation is executed without HS&E risk. The Executive Management of the company will periodically report the results of its HS&E performance to company members to assure that the HS&E policy and performance is maintained. .

Cyclo Oil LLC believes that NO JOB OR NO TASK IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN WORKER HEALTH AND SAFETY. If a job represents a potential safety or health threat, every effort will be made to plan a safe way to do the task. Every procedure must be a safe procedure. Shortcuts in safe procedures by either foremen or workers will not be tolerated. If a worker observes any unprotected job, which may pose a potential threat to their health or safety, her or she must inform management and management must take adequate precautions. IF A JOB CANNOT BE DONE SAFELY IT WILL NOT BE DONE.
